Najważniejszą rzecza jest lista zakupów. Gracz nie ma na początku żadnych jednostek i wszystko musi
kupić. Moją widac powyżej. Generalnie chodzi o to, żeby jak najlepiej wykorzystać przydzielony limit.
Żeby nie został jakiś ogryzek w postaci 80-90pp, z którymi nie ma co zrobić. W dwoch pierwszych
scenariuszach nie liczy się ilość - nie da się rozwinąć szerokiego frontu - tylko jakość jednostek.
Stąd szarpnąłem się na dalekonośną 15-tkę - w drugim scenariuszu będzie panowała nad Wizną, a i w
tym trzy zachodnie heksy może ostrzelać z jednego miejsca.

Poza tym scenariusz znany, zagrany według utartego schematu. Troche mi żal kolejek, ale akurat pod
koniec jest najwięcej kasy, więc dograłem do samego końca BV, ganiając się w kotka i myszkę.

Polska P-11-tka tylko groźnie wygląda. Obrona lotnicza niepotrzebna. Co innego nad Wizną.

UWAGA!! konieczny zakup bombowca. A w konsekwencji i myśliwca. A potem cierpliwie i jeszcze raz
cierpliwie. Nowicjusze moga sie wkurzyć. Po odblokowaniu DHeksa rozstawiamy resztę sił. Ważna
jest kolejność ruchów. Przez rzekę pierwsi muszą przejść inżynierowie, żeby oczyścić miny, choć
wcale nie gwarantują sukcesu. Ale najważniejsze jest to, że raz ustawiona kolejność kolumny
będzie praktycznie niemożliwa do zmiany. Do tego potrzebna mi była dalekonośna 15-tka. Nie muszę
jej przeprawiać a i tak szachuje całe pole. Uwaga na "niespodzianki" za ostatnim bunkrem!

W odróżnieniu od pierwszego scenariusza, polski mysliwiec - w połączeniu z CKM'em i 75mm AD mogą
łatwo wyeliminować z gry naszego bombowca!

Pamiętając, że na północy, w Białymstoku, jest "tarcza antyrakietowa" w postaci strefowej obrony AD
wywłam samoloty na przeprawę na południu. Trzeba ją osiagnąć zanim komputer podciągnie tam odwody,
bo wtedy ckm plus artyleria moga być nie do przejścia. Samoloty zrobiły swoje, w tym czasie na północy
artyleria rozwaliła to upiorne AD i mogłem bombardować Białystok. Przycisnąłem mocniej niż rozsądek
nakazywał i komputer się chyba wystraszył. W każdym razie posiłki w rejonie Białegostoku pojawiały
się wyjątkowo niemrawo.

Recon spod Ciechanowca (uwaga - ważne żeby był "All Terrain") objechał brzegiem rzeki Nurzec i
na czas sięgnął ostatniego VHeksa.

Hurra! Moja Gruba Berta dostała lidera! Ustawiam więc 21K38 mniej więcej w połowie drogi między Brześciem
a półn-wsch Vheksem i walę w zależności od potrzeb - w jedną, albo w drugą stronę. Miodzio.
Komputer jest nieco bardziej agresywny niż w czasach gdy to grałem na PG2. Ale daję radę.
W głównej mierze dzięki tej właśnie armacie.

Chełm poszedł szybko - kupiłem rozpoznawczego "Storcha" i dlatego byłem o jedno tempo szybszy niż przeciwnik. Na lotnisko włamałem się w drugiej kolejce, więc juz potem scenariusz nie stanowił problemu.

Ganianie sie po lasach z Francuzami przy pomocy czołgów ma mało uroku... Za to jest tam troche kasy do zdobycia na małych punktach. Co tez i uczyniłem. Ostatni punkt na pd-wschodzie został "bohatersko" opuszczony przez swoich obrońców, którzy, gdy spostrzegli swój błąd próbowali wrócić, ale za późno....

Nie lubię "spiętrowanych" bunkrów, no ale coż zrobić. Patent na ten scenariusz nie zmienia się od czasu "Blitzu" SSI. Jedna grupa od północy, na obejście, a druga centralnie - w środek piekła. Francuzi usiłują bić się dzielnie i nawet parę razy mnie postraszyli solidnie. Za to grupa północna, kiedy już przełamała sie przez trzy bunkry - miała praktycznie wolna drogę. Ważne, żeby w tej grupie mieć batalion mostowy.

Koncert upierdliwego bicia w ścianą okopanych jednostek. Ale własnie po to od początku kampanii zbieram pułk artylerii dalekiego zasięgu. Po przełamaniu fortyfikacji nad brzegiem kanału, przesuwam się nad pólnocny brzeg rzeki i stamtąd, przy pomocy dwóch 15-tek i 21K38, okładam heksy na północnym wybrzeżu. Jednostki przydzielone mają za zadanie tylko zdobyć lotnisko i zając ostrzelane przez artylerię północne porty. O dziwo, sporo kłopotu narobiły niezbyt silne (na pierwszy rzut oka) okręty.

Scenariusz jest "pożyczką" z kampanii "1 LSSAH", tylko że teraz to SS jest aux. Kluczem jest czas, no ale moja artyleria panuje niepodzielnie. Dwa oddziały SS wysyłam do północnego VHeksa, trzeba sforsować rzekę, zlikwidować działo i wtedy okopani Brytyjczycy nie stanowią problemu. Jeśli nie będą się zatrzymywać - to zdążą. Reszta, w tym czasie, przerabia na kebab to, co pojawia się w środkowej części mapy i spokojnie zajmuje VHeksy.

Ów tytułowy "Gambit" ma polegać na tym, że jedna grupa oblega Brześć, a druga obchodzi twierdzę od wschodu i uderza na pn-wsch. Niestety, mapa do takich zabaw się nie nadaje (trudny teren, brak dróg) zatem cały gambit jest raczej symboliczny, pojazdy szybko tracą paliwo, a przeprawa przez dwie rzeki też swoje zabiera. No, ale w końcu się udaje.

Trudno powiedzieć, która powinna byc silniejsza, gdyż do obu dojdą posiłki. Ale wydaje się, że południowe zgrupowanie przeciwnika jest mocniejsze. Strefowa obrona AD cetralnego sektora mapy (zasieg 6 heksów) sprawia, że samoloty muszą latać bardzo ostrożnie. Przy zastosowaniu podstawowych środków ostroznosci - scenariusz nie jest trudny.

Powiem szczerze - koszmarny scenariusz... Druga i ostatnia, w tej kampanii, scenariuszowa pożyczka, tym razem z kampanii "Das Reich". Tłok, tłok i jeszcze raz tłok, w którym można stracić orientację, ale kiedy odpowiednio wyselekcjonuje sie jednostki - zwycięstwo okazuje sie prościutkie. Właściwie największym problemem są korki na drogach a nie sama walka. Posiłki przeciwnika na półn-wschodzie mogą wystraszyć, ale jak sie na nie w lesie zaczaić, to giną za ojczyznę - aż miło.

Scenariusz zaplanowany jest tak, aby przeprowadzić atak w kształcie litery "V". Dwa zgrupowania z pn-wsch i pn-zach, po przełamaniu pierwszych linii, mają uderzyć na południe. Wschodnie składa sie a "aux" a zachodnie z jednostek "core". Niestety, w moim przypadku, dysproporcja sił w obu zgrupowaniach spowodowała, że atakowali moi, a "mięso armatnie" po zajęciu "swojego" VHeksa właściwie miało urlop i oganiało się tylko od maruderów.

Kupiłem drugich Brandenburgów, bo pierwsi robią wyłacznie za oficerów artyleryjskich, prowadząc do walki działa. Zdobyli pięć belek i w ogóle im się walczyć nie chce...
Scenariusz dobrze odzwieciedla tytuł - kolizja była - i to wielka. W końcu, nad rzeką, zrobił sie taki tłok, że musiałem poświęcić kolejkę na jego rozładowanie. Mięsa armatniego dużo i to dobrej jakości SS, więc miał kto tłuc głową o Konotop.

No, tu to jest hardcore - a przynajmniej tak na pierwszy rzut oka wygląda. Ale głównym wrogiem jest teren. Co sie nakląłem, to moje. Piechota na zwykłych ciężarówkach nie ma szans - równie dobrze może iść na nogach...
Ruskich duzo, ale mojego mięsa armatniego - też. Nie zważając na straty przebijam się auxami północnym mostem.
W tym czasie ekipa "core" robi pasztet z Iwana na południu i mozolnie gramoli się na północ. T-34 kontratakują, ale pojedynczymi oddziałami, więc łatwo je zdjąć. Po kilku kolejkach, z zadymy na północy, powoli wyłania się moja przewaga. Korpus zasadniczy skręca na północny wschód i wschód do VHeksów, a północne VHeksy biorą aux'y

Cztery początkowe punkty rozstawienia wykorzystuję na 3xART i Brandenburgów śpiewających pieśni zagrzewające do boju. Z braku lepszego zajęcia napieprzam w ruskie linie, aż sie kurzy. Korzystając z niewiarygodnie długiego okresu dobrej pogody wysyłam grupę samolotów od razu do północnego heksa, żeby zawczasu zbombardowali tam co sie da.

Aux'owe czołgi przybywają akurat w momencie kiedy dziura w liniach przeciwnika jest na tyle duża, żeby przez nią przejechać. Przejeżdżają i bez zatrzymywania się kierują na północ. Kiedy w końcu mój SHex zostaje odblokowany rozstawiam się na południu i rozpoczynam rajd Paryż-Dakar przez całą mapę. Pomysł zbombardowania obrońców północnego heksa był dobry, bo w końcu komputer zrozumiał, że ma zagrożone dwa heksy jednocześnie i zaczął dzielić posiłki, w efekcie kontrataki były słabe i niezorganizowane.

Kiedy moje czołgi, paląc zawory dotarły wreszcie do północnych rubieży, za nimi, z piskiem gąsienic wpadły dwa T-34, ale juz było za późno. Gdyby nie to bombardowanie, spotkałbym je pewnie gdzieś po drodze.

UWAGA! Przy południowym (własnym) VHeksie trzeba zostawić straż tylną! I to nie jedną jednostkę....

Znów: teren, zaopatrzenie i pogoda się kłaniają. Moja "Gruba Berta", dobrze ustawiona na leśnym heksie, oddała nieocenione usługi. Oczywiście Brandenburczycy donosili ciepłą herbatę obsłudze... Ale i tak nigdzie nie widziałem tylu "Rugged Def.", co tutaj. Scenariusz ma to do siebie, że kiedy już wydaje się, że to koniec wyskakuje jakiś czołg, albo ze dwie kawalerie i robi bydło. Gdyby Ruski zechciał wydać bitwe pancerną jak człowiek, to pogadałyby z nim moje "acht komma acht", ale nie... Cedził tak, po jednym czołgu i denerwował. A dwa pepance nie moga być wszędzie.
Ale w sumie to on przegrał z pogodą. Co nie musi być regułą.
W końcu musiałem dokupić drugich pionierów bo mapa jest za duża - nawet na dwa lotniska.

Auxy przysłużyły się o tyle, o ile...
Grupa wschodnia wsparta przez 1xART, 1xTK 2xFTR i 2XTB opanowała zadane cele (2 VHexy) i jeszcze zdążyła wziąć udział walkach na północy.
Grupa centralna została włączona do moich głównych sił, z poświęceniem szturmując samą Tułę.
Grupa zachodnia zniszczyła baterię dział wzięla jeden heks i słuzyła głównie do straszenia. (zreszta potem do niczego innego się nie nadawała)

Udało sie utrzymać wszystkie heksy i jeszcze zdobyć oba SHexy wroga. Ale za cenę jednego odznaczonego myśliwca - szkoda. Na szczęście na jego miejsce wskoczył prawie natychmiast lider w Mietku i to Combat Support. Tak że nie ma tego złego... Dobrze że przede mną już tylko jeden scenariusz. W przeciwnym razie, ta strata byłaby bardziej bolesna.

Stanowczo zbyt łatwy scenariusz - trzeba nad nim popracować... Rosjanie atakują bardzo niemrawo i nie stwarzają
problemu z obroną trzech wyznaczonych heksów.

Wnioski ogólne: Kampania średnio trudna w skali 1-10 daję 5. Po przekonwertowaniu na warunki gry OpenPG stała się nierówna. Trzy scenariusze zdecydowanie wymagają poprawy. Słabą stroną są również wyznaczone ramy czasowe, no ale taka była historia. Powodują one, że przez ostatnich kilka bitew nie ma sprzętu do upgrade'owania. Rok 1941 jest pod tym względem u Niemców bardzo ubogi. Aż by sie prosiło pograć jeszcze trochę, ale po operacji Typhoon Guderian został zdymisjonowany i historia tu się kończy.

Jeśli chodzi o powtarzalność to jest tu róznie. O ile pierwsze scenariusze gra się niemal pamięciowo i bardzo niewiele można w nich zmienić, to ostatnie - walki pod Tułą - pozwalają na testowanie bardzo róznych ustawień i rozwiązań traktycznych.
