Ten scenariusz był dla mnie trudny do rozegrania. Moja armia ma deficyty w rozwoju sił powietrznych. Ma zbyt wiele starych modeli, których nie mogę modernizować jednocześnie z czołgami. Nie jest to możliwe przy 0% prestiżu bez sprzedaży innych jednostek.
Amerykanie byli silni na południowym zachodzie i tam też otrzymali posiłki. W dodatku trzech amerykańskich spadochroniarzy miało lidera "Camouflage Expert" - to mnie doprowadzało do szału.

Do oblężenia Leningradu kupiłem dwie tymczasowe artylerie o zasięgu 10.

Gustlik ponownie przełączył SI na agresywną. Bardzo mi się to podoba, bo Sowieci opuszczają swoje bezpieczne okopy w mieście i próbują otwartej wymiany ciosów na otwartym terenie przed miastem. Tutaj są beznadziejnie zdeklasowani. Moje straty są bardzo niskie. W porównaniu z Salerno, to był spacerek po parku.

Spodziewałem się silnego RAF-u i dlatego zmodernizowałem siły powietrzne i wzmocniłem je przystawkami.
Kluczem do szybkiego zwycięstwa jest sprawne wykorzystanie Panter i zniszczenie brytyjskich bombowców oraz ich osłony myśliwskiej. W bitwie z powodzeniem uczestniczyła też artyleria Range-10 (właściwie tylko czasowo zakupiona).

Miałem nadzieję na zaskoczenie wroga szybkim atakiem czołgów, ale ten plan nie wypalił - zbyt wiele jednostek wroga popędziło moje VH z północnego wschodu i na południowym wschodzie.

Przeciwników było więcej niż się spodziewano ...
Spekulowałem na szybkie zwycięstwo, myślałem, że 5 tura jest możliwa, ale wtedy z południowego wschodu przyszły silne posiłki z wieloma czołgami i utrudniły moje ruchy.
Po scenariuszu znów zdałem sobie sprawę, że gdzieś umknęła mi ważna wskazówka, że do końca kampanii nie będzie już automatycznych napraw.
Tutaj mogę skrytykować fakt, że podpowiedź znajduje się w briefingu na końcu "Północnego wiatru". To przykre, bo normalnie jest tam tylko napisane podziękowanie od Wysokiego Dowództwa za wykonaną pracę, a tego nikt nie czyta. Oczekuję takiej notki na początku omawianego scenariusza.

To bardzo trudne, gdy nie można naprawić swoich jednostek. Nie mam prestiżu i muszę sprzedawać dodatki i jednostki, aby przywrócić ważne jednostki do standardowej siły. Nie używałem piechoty. Sprzedam je przed ostatnim scenariuszem, aby zapłacić za naprawę.

Ten scenariusz również był trudny. Sprzedałem kilka jednostek, aby móc naprawić wszystkie oddziały naziemne.

Tak, zdecydowanie końcówka kampanii jest dosyć trudna. Przede wszystkim z powodu braków środków. Zawsze można odpuścić sobie tymczasowo VH za rzeką i bronić się tylko na jej linii zmuszając Sowietów do przekraczania - większe straty plus większy obszar rozstawienia sił gracza i zasłona w postaci lasu.

Myślę, że zmiana ustawienia AI na 3.0 zdecydowanie bardziej utrudni ostatnią misję. Nie będzie już tak łatwo zdobyć 2 VH na zachodzie tylko samymi jednostkami aux z posiłków.

Początkowo miałem też pomysł, aby wycofać jednostki za rzekę. Mosty na rekolekcje zostały przygotowane. Za rzeką ustawiłem trzy artylerie, które wspierały miasto ogniem wspomagającym. Większość ataków sowieckiej piechoty kończyła się więc bardzo krwawo i z ciężkimi stratami.
Pogoda była po mojej stronie, a siły powietrzne mogły latać bez przerwy. Zmodernizowałem Ju 87 D do walki z T-34 i Co. To była dobra decyzja.
Jednostki Aux z północnego zachodu mogły bez problemu zdobyć lotnisko VH. Nawet AI 3.0 nie zapobiegnie temu (tak myślę). Są one lepsze od pojedynczego obrońcy.
