New PG II - Tournament

Hello GG

The panzerliga and the WPC starting a tournament. the theme is "Polenfeldzug". the head of tournament choose the scenarios. In round 1 we play 2 scenarios. The same procedure like every year )
KO-System, the first play beginnt the game, no cancel-button, version 2.2, by draw we play a decision-match. Summerhollidays are no problem (not more than 3 weeks).

I (and Roberto too) have 2 questions.
1. Two scenario we play in this same time or 1939 first and Weterplatte second.
2. Who started? Player 1 must first send turn to Player 2 or not ?
